Consumer Guarantee Act

All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.

To keep you up to date with specials, new products etc, we will retain your Name, Address and other contact details on file and send you newsletters of special offers and interesting gift information. All credit card numbers are deleted from our records. We will not give your Name or details to any other person or company.

Overseas Delivery

All prices are dependant on weight and destination. We will confirm the delivery cost to you, before sending. Delivery costs, if applicable, will not be added to the checkout total of your order in our shopping cart.

 

Liquor Sales

Customers must be 18 or over to make purchases on this site. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

 

Customs Requirements

New Zealand law requires custom documentation attached to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost. We complete this documentation, but as we have no control over any Customs or import charges levied or items which may not be allowed in other countries, these additional charges or matters are the recipient's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information and check you can import the items being ordered.
